Akshara Yoga Peetham is surrounded by many sacred and interesting places – Temples as well as Buddhist Stupas. To give you a glimpse of these sacred places, we are presenting a series of videos entitled “Places to visit near AYP”. In this video, we’re visiting Sri Pakalapati Guruji’s Ashram in Balighattam, a small village near Narsipatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Rama Yogi, affectionately called as Pakalapati Guruji, was an enlightened Yogi and Ascended Master of recent times who lived in this area. Guruji’s disciples have established many Ashrams in the sacred memory of Him. However, this Ashram is where Guruji’s physical remains were consecrated after He left His body. In that sense, this Ashram is very special. Hope you enjoy the visit to the Ashram through our eyes.
